Our eyelashes are also designed to be applied to the underside of your natural eyelashes for a seamless blend and last for up to 7 days, whereas a strip lash sits on top of the natural lash line and is a daily use product

Our products are hypoallergenic, latex and formaldehyde free and whilst we do take every precaution to ensure that our products are non-toxic and suitable for sensitive eyes, as with all adhesives it’s essential to perform a patch test before application as every skin type reacts differently

Apply a small amount of LashMe bond behind the ear lobe and wait 24 hours, if irritation does occur rinse the area thoroughly with clean water and discontinue use of the product immediately. If irritation proceeds seek medical advice.

LashMe disclaims any liability for any skin reactions. We always recommend patch testing each product before usage and make this recommendation on each of our product pages.

After a patch test, if irritation does develop, immediately stop using the product and rinse the area thoroughly with clean water for a few minutes. If inflammation continues, please seek medical advice

No, despite being extremely durable our LashMe Bond is not as strong as professional lash glue as our glue does not contain any of the harsh chemicals used for professional lash extensions.

Our eyelashes extensions are completely damage free! LashMe bond remains flexible when set, allowing movement in the natural eyelashes underneath. Our natural eyelashes grow at their own varying speed, therefore if the lash glue was to dry and set hard like salon quality adhesives our natural eyelashes would not be able to continue their natural lash cycle creating damage to the natural eyelashes. 

In addition, our oil-based remover serum gently removes LashMe extensions seamlessly, without creating any tension to the natural lash.

No! Following on from the above, clusters/ party lashes are segments or clusters of lashes are applied to your natural eyelashes using a professional eyelash extension glue with no isolation. Consequently, the natural lashes are clumped together, and the glue will set hard, meaning that your natural lashes will not be able to continue to grow at their own natural lash cycle speeds, causing damage.

Our DIY eyelash extensions are applied with our flexible LashMe bond, which allows the natural lashes underneath to grow to their full potential and finish their natural lash cycle without any harm

Don't panic, our natural eyelashes grow, shed and replace themselves continuously! Lashes have a life cycle of 60-90 days and each individual eyelash is running on its own time, so if lashes appear to come out with the segments, providing you have not pulled them then it was just there time to fall out!

Absolutely not! If you feel any discomfort or irritation when wearing your LashMe eyelash extensions you’ve placed them too close to the waterline;  remove and reposition around 1-2mm away

Yes! Our underside application means these are safe and comfortable for glasses and contact lens wearers

For sure, you only need enough natural eyelashes to adhere the ultra-lightweight LashMe eyelash extension band to! If your natural eyelashes are extremely straight, we recommend curling them before you apply your LashMe extensions for a seamless blend

That is perfectly fine! Lashes can be easily removed whenever you like using your LashMe remover serum. There is no specific time frame that you need to wear your LashMe extensions for, but if applied using our step-by-step process they can last up to 7 days. For longer wear we recommend removing and re-applying after this time frame to keep your lashes fresh

Of course! For daily cleanliness we suggest that when washing your face, use a cotton bud to get into the hard-to-reach areas/corners, and if you have any makeup residue on the lashes use a saturated cotton bud to gently remove. Avoid using any oil-based products around your eye as this can weaken the bond. Give your natural eyelashes a thorough cleanse on removal day

Our LashMe bond is water resistant and can deal with splashes, but we would avoid getting your lashes drenched frequently as this can affect the longevity of the bond. If you do get them wet, it’s best to let them airdry and re-clamp with your LashMe seal to secure

The joys of being your own lash tech, just re-apply a generous amount of LashMe bond and re-apply the desired lash segment. Lastly Finish with your LashMe seal and pinch segments with your applicator to set into place

As long as appropriate care has been taken to remove your lashes, then you can clean and reuse.

Ensure that you are extremely careful handling the segments when cleaning as our ultra-lightweight lash band is delicate, therefore excessive or vigorous washing may damage/ re-shape the segment

Before application, ensure that your natural eyelashes are clean, free from makeup/oils and completely dry, otherwise this will negatively impact the LashMe bond. Additionally, our bond is a sticky adhesive that will remain tacky until the seal has been applied; it’s important to ensure that there isn’t any bond residue on the applicator when applying your lash extensions, as this can cause the segments to get stuck to the applicator instead of your lashes

Practice makes perfect, the more you apply your LashMe extensions the more confident you will be in placing the lashes to last you up to 7 days. Please follow our step-by-step guide to ensure long lasting wear.

The key to getting your lashes to last is all in the aftercare, try some of our top tips; 

• After application avoid water and getting the lashes wet for 24hours, this gives them a chance to dry naturally.
• Avoid excessive heat for the first 24 hours to let them set into place.
• Avoid touching the lashes frequently with your fingers, as natural oils can transfer onto the lashes and weaken/effect longevity of the bond.
• Avoid sleeping on your face! If you’re a face sleeper your lashes may not last as long, as this creates pulling/tension consequently weakening the bond. You may have to re-apply outer segments daily re-applying LashMe bond & seal.
• Double bond. Apply bond to the base of your lash line as well as the spine of the LashMe extension segment for an enhanced hold.
• Double seal. Apply LashMe seal to the base of your lashes, then rub along the curved tip of the applicator to clamp and set.
• Avoid any oily makeup and skincare products around the eyes.
