Dispatched same working day if ordered before 3pm (If ordered on a Friday after 3pm your order will be dispatched on the next available working day- usually Monday if this is not a bank holiday).

You are responsible for putting the correct delivery address on your order. If you have entered the incorrect address , please get in touch at contact@lashmestore.com and we will do our best to resolve this for you, but please be aware that we cannot guarantee that we will be able to fulfil any requested changes after orders have been submitted.
Once your parcel has left us, you will receive a SMS and/or email from the courier with your tracking details. It is your responsibility to check your tracking status.
We aim to meet the delivery times stated in our Shipping Policy, however we cannot control any delays that occur once your parcel is with the courier.
Although this is uncommon, delays can sometimes occur. This could be down to adverse weather conditions, vehicle breakdowns or other events beyond the courier’s control. In the unlikely event that there is a delay with your parcel, we cannot be held liable for this and therefore we cannot offer any reimbursements for shipping costs incurred.

When ordering from our website you may be liable to pay any import duties and customs taxes. The charges are typically raised once the parcel has reached its destination country and it is the customers responsibility to pay them.
These charges are not set by LashMe and we have no control over them. The charges must be paid in order to receive your goods. For further information on duties and taxes please contact your local customs office.
Refusing to pay these charges will result in your order being returned to us. Additionally, the original shipping cost and cost of the return shipping as well as up to a 10% processing fee will be deducted from your refund.
Shipping costs, including those incurred during the initial purchase and any return shipping fees, are non-refundable.
We do not offer a free returns service; therefore, all returns will be charged the full delivery fee.
